  Strategies

 Implement the new approved bye laws for revenue generation.

• Strengthen the licensing under the regulatory best practice.
• Establishment of a revenue mobilization unit.
• Build capacity for revenue collection.

 Mandate

 This comprises of revenue, expenditure and financial administration. The major functions of this department include:-

 Mobilisation, collection and accountability of the municipal financial resources.

1. Provision of financial guidance to council, committees, lower local councils, administrative units and any other units.
2. Economic and development planning.
3. Prepare budget financial reporting and accountability.
