This department is charged with providing support services to all Council activities. It is therefore largely a process department.
MISSION
To facilitate participatory and inclusive governance of Entebbe Municipality.
OBJECTIVES
i) To improve Human Resource Management in the Council
ii) To ensure implementation of all lawful council decisions.
iii) Ensure timely procurement of goods and services for council.
iv) To provide timely legal and administration advice to the council.
v) To supervise and mentor division councils.
vi) To create public awareness about developmental issues in the municipality.
vii) To ensure safe custody of all Council property.
viii) To ensure prudent utilization of all material, financial and human resources of the Council.
